あじさい本館・家では昨日２月3日に節分祭を開催しました。世間では鬼と人間が闘うアニメが流行していますが、あじさいにも鬼が現れました‼️

その正体はいつも優しい女性職員が鬼の面とカツラと角をつけ、金棒を持って変身したものでした〜

皆さん用意していた豆では無く、新聞紙を丸めたボールを「鬼は外〜、福は内〜」と声を出されながら投げ、今年の無病息災を願いました😁

豆まき後皆さんから「鬼が迫力があってすごかった」、「鬼の動きが面白かった」と大盛況でした。鬼役の女性職員さんありがとうございました😊

豆まき後は自分の歳の数だけ豆を食べようといきたのですが、数が多い為豆に似たお菓子とみかんを皆さんで頂きました🍊

グループホームでは『節分』に先立って、令和四年『福娘』を決定するイベントを行いました！男性職員が、折り紙で『鬼とお多福』の『豆入れ箱』を作成し、入居者の皆様に『紐くじ』で引いていただきました。そこで、めでたく『お多福』を引き当てられた入居者様が、今年の『福娘』になることができるのです。一説によると『福娘』になられた方は、この一年、多くの幸運に恵まれ、その授かった幸せを独り占めせず、周囲にも幸運を分け与えられるそうです😌

そして、本日２月３日は、豆をまいて福を寄せ、鬼を退治する『節分』で、邪気を払い、無病息災を願う行事を行いました。新型コロナの収束も願いつつ、これまた男性職員が手作りした『鬼のお面』を日ごろは優しい女性職員が被り「鬼」となり、二匹の「鬼」が大奮闘👀‼️でしたが…「ちょっぴり可愛い鬼」になったようです😉そして、入居者の皆様は『福豆』を手に『鬼は外！福は内！』の大きなかけ声と共に豆をまき、見事「鬼」を退治することができました😆皆様の気迫に負けた「鬼」は、外へ逃げ出し『福』を“あじさい”へ呼び込むことができました!

これで入居者の皆様全員が、幸運の『福娘👘』となることができました😊又、工作レクリエーションの時間を設け、女性職員が考案作成した『鬼福笑い』を入居者の皆様と一緒に行い『鬼の顔作り』にも挑戦され楽しみました☺️個性的な様々な顔の『可愛い鬼』が完成しました‼️

皆様「毎月1日はあずきの日」って、ご存知でしたか？正直私は、知りませんでした。菓子メーカーの「井村屋」さんが制定し、認証されたそうです。そこで、グループホームでは「2月1日」を前に、入居者の皆様に「つぶあん派VSこしあん派」アンケートを行いました！「つぶあん派８名」「こしあん派１名」という結果となり、圧倒的に「つぶあん派」が多く、全国的にみても、西日本では「つぶあん派」東日本では「こしあん派」が多いみたいです。

そこで本日、入居者様の要望にお応えし、男性職員が「白玉ぜんさい」を手作りしました！どこか懐かしい「ぜんざい」に、皆様「美味しい😋」「甘味が丁度いい😆」と大変喜んでいただけました🙆

一人で出来なければみんなで助け合う。

農業体験等ほとんど無い職員達ですが、みんなが一つとなり同じ方向へ向かう気持ちが集結すれば、きっと花壇は再生することでしょう。あじさい1号館には、そんなアットホームな雰囲気もあります。小さな力も一つになれば大きな力へと変わる事でしょう。

NPO法人あじさいでは介護職員として、ベトナムからの留学生を平成３１年４月より雇用しています。六日市学園に通いながらあじさいで働き、日本語学校に行っていたため日本語は少し話せている状況でした。施設で働いてもらうのに入居者様とのコミュニケーションがうまくとれるか気になりましたが、今では入居者様、職員からとても可愛がられ、仕事も頑張ってくれています。親元から離れ、言葉も文化も異なる日本で1人生活し、いつも笑顔いっぱいのフエさんです。

1/30(日)　に介護福祉士国家試験があり、本人も勉強に取り組んできました。時間があれば参考書を開きとても熱心です。ぜひ合格をしてほしいです!!頑張れ✊
