昨夜、グループホームの入居者様より、職員に「いつも優しくお気遣いしてくださるので、私からのクリスマスプレゼントです🎁」と、ご自身の私物をプレゼントして下さいました。私は、サプライズプレゼントに驚き、大変嬉しく思い、心が「ほっこり😌」しました。気持ちが癒され、心に余裕ができれば、幸せな気持ちになります🍀入居者様のそのお気持ちに何か御礼が出来ないかと考え、お好きな「俳句」を一句プレゼントしようと、夜な夜な色紙に「冬の句」を書き今朝、お渡しすることが出来ました😊入居者様にも大変喜んで頂き「涙がこぼれそう」と、おっしゃって下さいました。『感謝です✨』

また、他の入居者様は、娘様が入居者様のご主人様が以前焼かれていた「石見乃無名焼」の花瓶を持って来て下さいました。入居者様は、懐かしそうに「ほっこり😌」眺めておられました。『ありがとうございます✨』

そして先日、あじさいの敷地内に植わっている「南天の木」を入居者様と一緒に切りに行き、居室の花瓶に生けました。正月が近づいて来ていることを感じ、入居者様も思わず「ほっこり😌」されておられました。「ほっこり」した気持ちになると、自然に元気が出て『幸せな気分✨』になりますよね😃💕

これからも、入居者様に少しでも『ほっこり😌』して頂けるよう、私たち職員も「心に余裕」をもってケアさせて頂きます✨😌✨

あじさい本館では手先の器用な入居者様がおられ、新聞で色々な作品を作られています。憩いの時間に皆さんに作り方を教えておられ、その中の作品には「兜」、「鶴」、「鯉のぼり」、「コマ」、「戦艦大和」があります。

そして、今日はチラシの裏に魚の名前を書かれて、皆さんにクイズを出されていました。私もクイズに挑戦するも半分程しか答えられませんでした。全部わかる方いますか？

あじさい1号館では、１２月生まれの入居者様の誕生日会と、クリスマス会を開催しました。

職員が準備をしている中、昼食後の休憩から一足早く訪れた入居者様も「何かしようか？」と、楽しそうな雰囲気を感じ取られたのか笑顔でフロアに出て来られました。誕生日の入居者様は、初めは緊張の面持ちでありましたが、バースデイカードを貰ったり、職員扮するサンタクロースや他の入居者様からの声かけなどにより、最後には弾けるほどの笑顔見せて頂くことが出来ました。

昨日あじさい本館の食堂にて本館20名、家６名の26名でクリスマス会を開催しました。

職員がサンタクロースの格好をして盛り上がってました。入居者様から「サンタの帽子をかぶりたい」、「サンタの職員と一緒に写真撮りたい」とサンタコスは大盛況でした♪

サンタクロースと一緒に体操やクリスマスの歌を歌ってから美味しいケーキと美味しいコーヒーでティータイムを堪能しました。

会では「クリスマスクイズ&なぞなぞゲーム」をしたり「クリスマスソング🔔」を皆様と合唱したりして、楽しみました🎵

盛り上がったところで、皆様お待ちかねのクリスマスケーキ🍰を温かいお飲み物☕と一緒にいただきました。上にのった、大きないちご🍓にも、大変驚いておられました😊

あじさい本館では午後から入居者様全員の採血があり、いつもなら昼から入浴があるのですが、採血があったので、レクリエーションを行いました。午前中は合唱をしたので午後のレクリエーションは体を動かす目的で「バレーボール」をしました。「よいしょーっ」「いくよー」と声が出て盛り上がりました。バレーボール後は「楽しかった」と言われる方がたくさんいました。

本日の昼ご飯のメニューは京都北部、丹後地方、岡山県備前の郷土料理として有名な「ばら寿司」でした。
