あじさい1号館では、１２月生まれの入居者様の誕生日会と、クリスマス会を開催しました。

職員が準備をしている中、昼食後の休憩から一足早く訪れた入居者様も「何かしようか？」と、楽しそうな雰囲気を感じ取られたのか笑顔でフロアに出て来られました。誕生日の入居者様は、初めは緊張の面持ちでありましたが、バースデイカードを貰ったり、職員扮するサンタクロースや他の入居者様からの声かけなどにより、最後には弾けるほどの笑顔見せて頂くことが出来ました。

楽しい・嬉しい雰囲気や、温かいふれあいは笑顔を引き出してくれるものだなと思いました。

歌の得意な職員が演奏し、一緒にクリスマスソングや懐かしの歌を唄ったり、美味しいケーキも頂きました。

昨日あじさい本館の食堂にて本館20名、家６名の26名でクリスマス会を開催しました。

職員がサンタクロースの格好をして盛り上がってました。入居者様から「サンタの帽子をかぶりたい」、「サンタの職員と一緒に写真撮りたい」とサンタコスは大盛況でした♪

サンタクロースと一緒に体操やクリスマスの歌を歌ってから美味しいケーキと美味しいコーヒーでティータイムを堪能しました。

毎年「クリスマス会」では、職員が扮するサンタクロース🎅の登場に思考を凝らしています。いったい今年は、どんなサンタクロースが登場したのでしょうか？

なんと、男性職員が『女装💕』したサンタクロース👧が登場したのです‼️入居者様は、とても『ふしぎ』そうな表情をされておられましたが、それが男性職員だとわかると、手をたたいて『大笑い😄』されておられました👏(何だか私は、これから女装することが、癖になりそうです…💋)

会では「クリスマスクイズ&なぞなぞゲーム」をしたり「クリスマスソング🔔」を皆様と合唱したりして、楽しみました🎵

盛り上がったところで、皆様お待ちかねのクリスマスケーキ🍰を温かいお飲み物☕と一緒にいただきました。上にのった、大きないちご🍓にも、大変驚いておられました😊

そこで名乗りを上げた職員による「花壇再生化プロジェクト（仮名）」が始動しました。まずは入居者様が集まり、良く見える一画に場所を絞って「スズラン」の球根を植えてみようということになりました。畑仕事などの経験が無い職員の動きを、窓越しから見ながら入居者様も「何が始まるのだろう？」と興味津々です。そして温かい眼差しで見守ってくれています。

「スズラン」の花言葉は･･･「幸福の再来」ということです。

あじさい本館では午後から入居者様全員の採血があり、いつもなら昼から入浴があるのですが、採血があったので、レクリエーションを行いました。午前中は合唱をしたので午後のレクリエーションは体を動かす目的で「バレーボール」をしました。「よいしょーっ」「いくよー」と声が出て盛り上がりました。バレーボール後は「楽しかった」と言われる方がたくさんいました。

本日の昼ご飯のメニューは京都北部、丹後地方、岡山県備前の郷土料理として有名な「ばら寿司」でした。

ばら寿司は祭りなどの伝統的なハレの日にかかせない料理でハレの日に食べる事が多いそうです。本日は祝いの日の「ハレ」だけではなく、天気の「晴れ」も祝して皆さんで頂きました。明日もいい天気になりますように。

入居者様の得意なところを活かせるように、笑顔をたくさん引き出せるように、あじさい1号館の職員も色々なアイデアを出して頑張ります。

あじさい本館と1号館では、冬の風物詩でもありますイルミネーションを、本館の見晴らしの良い場所に設置しました。

「あ・じ・さ・い・（あじさいの花を模った物）」の順番で並べました。

冬の寒々とした空間にイルミネーションの輝きを見るだけでも、ほっこり温かくなってくる気がします。設置時には施設長も自ら参加され、入居者様だけでなく地域の皆さまにも楽しんで頂こうという意気込みで、作成にあたり陣頭指揮をとっておられました。入居者様も思わず手が出て、お手伝いを頂きました。また職員も実際に現場で作成にあたる者、参加は出来なかったが現場に来て声をかけてくれて、施設がひとつとなって取り組みました。
